Frozen and isolated in the back country, deep inside the Canadian wilderness, kold toils away without distraction or lure. This marriage of seclusion and ice has borne two albums. The first was produced in a run-down work camp with an analogue recorder and synthesizer under the blanket of darkness over the course of forty sleepless nights. These were songs of lonliness, longing, escapism, and survival. The second hints at horror and what could be lurking in the shadows of the nights spent here. These are story telling songs. Imagine being caught during an 'Attack of the Mechanical Ghost Spiders from Outer Space', or decending 'Into the Ice Cave'. Feel the uneasy friendship and resulting and sorrow of 'Lilia and GiLGarMek'.
